Ankita (pronounced Un-Key-Tha) completed her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering before following her true passion and enrolling in culinary school. Living behind a computer screen as a mediocre engineer was never enough for her — she wanted to create meaningful experiences and make a difference in the lives of the people around her. For Ankita, food is more than a profession or a source of income; it is something she lives and breathes every day.
